JCWSA currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We cannot accept payments using American Express.
Payment By Phone
Call 855-383-1792 to pay your bill by phone. You can now use our new Pay-by-Phone system, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! This automated system allows you to call in and check your balance or make a payment using your credit card.

Please note that this website only accepts credit cards and you must create an account in order to utilize these services.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
