New Customer Procedures

Whether you are a homeowner or business, the following is required for all new services:

1. A completed Water Subscription Agreement
2. A copy of your closing statement (new residential purchase)
3. A copy of the final plat and/or recorded deed for the lot (new construction)
4. A copy of your current lease (rental/lease)
5. A Picture ID (a Drivers License or State ID card).
6. Payment of an administrative fee by check or cash.
7. Payment of a Security Deposit by check, cash, or debit/credit card. This amount may be $150.00 or less based on the customer’s personal credit history. It shall be refundable after (24) months of good payment history and shall be credited to you on your water bill.
